Insofar as there is the possibility on the Internet to supply (write in) personal or commercial data, e.g. e-mail addresses, name, address, the revelation of these data on the part of the user is made entirely on a voluntary basis. It is quite permissible to use and pay for all the offered services without revealing such data, i.e. by supplying anonymous data or a pseudonym, insofar as this is technically possible and acceptable. The use by third parties of data in the “All about us” section or similar pages, including contact data, postal address, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses is prohibited. The author reserves to right to legal action against the sender of so-called spam mail if this prohibition is violated.

Insofar as parts or individual phrases of this text do not correspond to the current legal rules and regulations, or no longer do, or do not do so completely, the remaining parts of the document remain in effect both in their contents and their validity.
